I need to acknowledge what the user is asking and paraphrase it to make sure I'm on the right track. Then, I'll ask them if they want a summary, context, or a write-up. It's also important to confirm which Ramos they're referring to and the timeframe they're interested in. Creating an option menu could help streamline this process so they can clearly choose what they’d prefer. That way, I can assist them better!
